All session fees are non-refundable. This fee/retainer is to secure a time and date for a photoshoot with Melissa Katherine. It also covers any pre-shoot preparation and planning.
In the event that a booking needs to be postponed, 7 days notice must be given and a new session scheduled within 90 days of the original booking.
A rescheduling fee of 20% may apply and is at the discretion of Melissa Katherine
Rescheduling or postponing a booking is dependent on availability.
EVENTS AND SHOOT TOURS
Melissa Katherine does not offer refunds on events unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled or the location changes significantly (and you can no longer attend or do not wish to), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time. Melissa Katherine does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
- If an event or shoot tour is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated, all liability is limited to the amount for which the booking was made (including any fees or charges). Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Melissa Katherine will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event or shoot tour, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
- You should carefully consider the refund and cancellation policies of travel, accommodation and other goods or service providers when making arrangements for attendance at an event or shoot tour.
All print orders will be paid in full before goods are delivered or picked up. All sales are finals and there will no exchange or refunds on any print products.
Payment plans are available for print sales of $500 and over. All payment plans require a 25% deposit.
- Shipping to all Australian residents is free.
- All parcels sent within Australia will be shipped using Parcel Post or Express Post.
- Purchases over $50 will require a signature upon delivery.
- Shipping times may vary according to your destination and items may arrive at different times.
- We ship to most destinations, however at this time we are unable to ship to Iran, Cuba, North Korea and Sudan.
All prices are in $AUD.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We do not refund shipping costs for returned goods unless the item was faulty or the incorrect product was sent to you. The cost of shipping for exchanges (plus or minus the difference in the product prices) will be deducted or credited from your chosen payment method.
- We take exceptional care when packing parcels to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. Any faulty items will be replaced upon receipt of the faulty goods to our postal address. Please report this within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- All sales are final.
